Take immediate control of your account security using simple SMS keywords from your Registered Mobile Number. This service allows you to instantly block or unblock specific debit channels (like ATM, UPI, IMPS, etc.) or even an entire account.
How the SMS Security Service Works
This process is fast, secure, and uses your registered mobile number as the key verification factor:
- Compose: The customer sends an SMS with the required Keyword (e.g.,
BLOCK ATM). - Send: The SMS is sent from the registered mobile number to the Bank’s designated Long Code (9429887544).
- Validation: Our system immediately validates the sender’s mobile number, checks the keyword, logs the request, and executes the security action.
Key Security Measures
- Registered Mobile Only: Requests are processed only if they originate from the mobile number registered to the account.
- Whitelisted IP: All service requests are secured via a Whitelisted Vendor IP.
Block Services (Stopping Debit Transactions)
To instantly disable a specific debit channel or an entire account, compose and send the corresponding keyword from your registered mobile number.

Unblock Services (Reactivating Debit Transactions)
Once your security concerns are resolved, you can reactivate a debit channel or an account using the corresponding UNBLOCK keyword.
